With reiki, I use life force energy to move that stuck energy that is causing blockages. Only you can determine how many reiki sessions you need. It takes 2-3 weeks for the reiki energy to fully integrate into your system. After a reiki session, some may feel sick to their stomach, sweat profusely, sleep more than usual, lethargic, etc. Don't be alarmed. The stuck energy is now moving and you are releasing toxins from your body. Also, don't be alarmed when you notice situations that you once suppressed are now in the front of your mind. This happens because you need to release those suppressed emotions that you once hid. Think about it, how can you possibly heal if you never release people, situations or circumstances that you buried deep down inside for several years. All those 'bad' feelings are only weighing you down. Once you release those suppressed emotions, you will feel lighter and freer. Healing is not unicorns and rainbows, instead, it entails crying, sadness, and revisiting traumatic experiences that need to be released so that you can truly heal. Trust me, the end result is well worth it. After your session, I'll tell you what energy centers in your body are blocked and I'll share a variety of things you can do to help improve and balance your energy system.
